Adding sound/music aspect to a physical practice such as yoga, makes a class unique. By incorporating live music, it encourages healing, journeying and heightened connection with your physical flow through music. 
The physical aspect of yoga is designed to stretch and balance the full body, paying close attention on the breath, core and spine. You help to achieve an inner awareness and stillness of the mind.

 

Music has the power to encourage healing and change with our bodies and minds. (See; The Power of Music)  So we wish to use this powerful, magical tool to our advantage by using in a positive way. 

The only thing I ask for anyone, is that they come with an open mind and an open heart. My soul aim is for any individual to leave me, feeling like they've physically/emotionally gained something, or let something go.
