London born and bred, now residing in Brighton, Jade Stanger is a Singer-Songwriter. Inspired by artists such a Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan and John Mayer, Jade's goal is to write and share authentic music with clear journeying and storytelling. Authenticity and honesty, whilst drawing on personal experiences in key for Jade when writing. 


Jade has experience working professionally within in the performing arts industry from a young age, with training from both The BRIT School and Italia Conti.  Jade spent 2015-2018 on and off travelling the world and writing, allowing her to grow into a more grounded, secure person as well as artist.
After returning from a trip to India, mid-2018 - end of 2019 grew to be very rewarding. Jade spent the festival season sharing her music at various conscious events and festivals such as the World Yoga Festival and FloVibe. Performing two consecutive years on the acoustic stage at LFest was a highlight (UK's Award Winning Lesbian Festival), alongside other London LGBTQ+ events, such as Queer & Unsigned at Soho’s She Bar. Other venues include The Zigfrig Von Underbelly, Hoxton and the renowned Half Moon, Putney. 2019 was also the release of her debut single "Cloud 9".

2020, with COVID altering the music industry, Jade relocated to Brighton. The perfect opportunity to extend on already existing skills, by enrolling in a degree course at Water Bear College of Music, Brighton. Now residing in Brighton, Jade has begun performing LIVE again at venues such as Folklore Rooms and the Bottoms Rest pub, Hove.  Not only is Jade due to release new music in 2022, but she has expanded her sound, to on multiple occasions, including a full-band set up alongside her acoustic storytelling.  Jade is also embarking on a side project "Waiting For Strangers" creating and releasing a collection of songs for the purpose of sync, alongside Producer & Songwriter, Sam French.
